Hollis Silverman, the former Chief Operating Officer of José Andrés’s ThinkFoodGroup, is now full time restauranteur and the genius behind the Capitol Hill trio: The Duck & The Peach, The Wells, and La Collina. They focus on hyper-seasonal, curated menus.
The Duck and The Peach is an airy restaurant with a modern vibe & patio seating offering New American-style appetizers, mains, cocktails & desserts.
The icon and wordmark can be used separately, or together. Stylistically placed within the icon is both a duck and peach.
The prompt behind the visuals was to give the feeling of a elegant, special dinner party at a friend’s house.
